Oracle HR Payroll Consultant

An Oracle HR Payroll consultant is currently being recruited to join a large payroll transition programme. The Oracle HR payroll consultant will be responsible for the support and advise on all payroll parallel run activity including deliverables and compliance. The Oracle HR Payroll Consultant will monitor the current performance levels against the parallel run. Finally the Oracle HR Payroll Consultant will be responsible for process and payroll system change.

The Oracle HR Payroll consultant will have an in depth knowledge of Oracle Payroll having worked with this system in other roles. In addition to this the Oracle HR Payroll consultant will have extensive knowledge of running Parallel runs which will include administrative and transactional activity, compliance and statutory legislation. The Oracle HR Payroll Consultant will be used to managing a team delivering parallel run activity within a large corporate environment.

The role will be for an initial period of 6 months at a rate of up to £380 per day.
