YOU MUST HAVE INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOM SYSTEMS INTO Oracle

My client is looking for a Oracle HR The Functional consultant is to take a lead role in the implementation of the custom Meetings and Events Solution to be integrated with Travel and other applications for CLIENT. Both the organizational as well as the system environment are highly complex in nature.

Duties and Responsibilities

The primary job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Translate the business requirements and to-be documentation in a sustainable Meetings and Events solution design which is presented and agreed to by the business stakeholders
Prepares and executes workshops with various groups of stakeholders within the organization including process and solution workshops and conference room pilots for the Meetings process and system solution
Takes full ownership of ensuring that the solution is integrated with the other modules and process area's including Travel, HR, Finance and Procurement
Take functional ownership of the development process of the solution
Take full ownership of the system testing of the solution including scenario definition, test scripts, execution, issue resolution, reporting and closure
Takes full ownership of the User Acceptance Testing Process with various stakeholder groups
Take full ownership of the transition process including transition planning and execution
Works together with other team members within the team as well team members of other functional and technical teams to ensure the implementation of an end-to-end solution
Becomes the go-to person for business stakeholders, project stakeholders and other team members for the travel solution
Takes ownership of knowledge transfer and training of multiple stakeholders groups

Required Skill Set

Has a strong knowledge and proven process/implementation experience in the Meetings and Event management process domain
Has a strong knowledge in the Travel Managements process domain
Has proven abilities in implementation Oracle Application Technology
Has proven experience in the implementation cycle of a complex custom bolt-on' solution
Has proven experience in multiple custom implementation cycles
Has proven experience in acting as a project lead, delivering as project plans, working in teams, working with stakeholders and acting as a process lead.
