ORACLE HR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Vantage Resources are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HR Functional Consultant to work on a client site in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience operating as a senior HR functional consultant and have delivered at least 2 successful Oracle HR implementation with medium to high complexity.

ORACLE HR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
DUBLIN, CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead Oracle HR related projects through design and implementation phases.
Lead workshop with demo to identify gaps and agree on a HR corporate process
Ensure that the Operational Services required as a result of the introduction of new services is defined and a timely resolution of any issues arising due to changes.
Ensure that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
Establish implementation and roll-out plans
Input into the cost estimation for implementation of the Oracle HR module.
Manage business and project risks relating to Oracle HR including risk assessment. Implement an effective risk management process.
Agree the Functional and quality strategy with the appropriate management levels.
Inputs into the Change control process.
Manage the customer firmly in relation defining and signing off requirements and delivering to same.
May be responsible for a functional team of consultants up to a maximum of 3.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5 years' experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant.
Experience working on 2 similar projects
Strong understanding of the underlying Oracle HR architecture and business processes
Strong business analytical skills and experience including understanding of client business requirements, interpretation and production of detailed specifications and documentation
Strong communication skills
Change Management strong business acumen and demonstrable ability to understand and apply
Able to operate and relate to senior management in a customer facing situation.
Ability to take ownership of the project
Experience of estimating projects including appropriate levels of contingency
Excellent communication and presentation skills
