Next Ventures are currently searching for an Oracle HCM/Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with the following skill set:
PL/SQL experience (phases P1-P5);
b) Knowledge of the HRMS/Payroll data model of OEBS R12 (phases P1-P5);
c) BI Publisher experience, including Multilanguage reports (phases P1-P5);
d) HRMS/Payroll functional setup experience, including alerts and notifications
(phases P1-P5);
e) Excellent knowledge of Oracle Payroll and Retro Pay (phase P6);
f) Experience of setting up Enhance Retro Pay (phase P6) and
g) Knowledge of Oracle Legislation layers (phase P6).
