ORACLE HCM TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Cyberteam are looking a Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant for our public sector client who is carrying out a large transformation programme.

The ideal consultant will have the following skills:

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET

- Oracle R12 HR, Payroll, Self Service and iExpenses
- Oracle HCM Table Design and Fast Formulas
- Public Sector Payroll functions Such as LGPS, TPA, Absence Schemes
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Workflow, AME,XML Publisher
- Unix Scripting

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

- Oracle R12 HCM End-to-End Implementation experience for at least 2 customers. Preferably for Local Authorities
- Payroll processing and reconciliation experience
- Experience of large R12 Payroll system support
- Ability to support the complex Payroll customisation for defects and changes
- Must Have Experience of all current statutory Requirements such as RTI and Pension reporting
- Experience of integration between Payroll and other systems
- Ability to produce clear documentations, Designs and Specification
