This leading organisation require a Technical Support Administrator for their Oracle Fusion Middle team in Switzerland.
The consultant will need to have experience in:
- Provide technical support for Managed Oracle BI Apps Hosting services provided by ICC, including system administration of BI Apps technology components such as ODI and Informatica.
- Provide technical support for different Fusion Middleware software such as OBIEE, OAM, OID, OIM, SOA, BAM, WCC, EPM, HFM, OATS, Flexcube, Portal and GRC.
- Perform routine production support activities and provide incident and problem management support
- Troubleshoot BI Apps-related issues
