KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Support end users of Oracle modules
- Liaise with the business for any software enhancement and bug fixes
- Work with the technical team for any customizations
- Analysing business processes
- Monitor call queue and assign the calls to the right analysts
- Advise users on system capabilities to achieve best practice
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
To be suitable for this role you will have 3+ years experience working within Oracle Financials, a mix of functional and technical skills and any team leadership experience will be well regarded. You will also need an open, engaging and customer-focused attitude.
