ORACLE ERP TESTING LEADER needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Van Buren, MI

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Hands-on IT Experience
- Experience working with Oracle ERP systems and in Oracle 12.x/EBS ERP
- Experience in Quality Assurance or ERP application testing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Role Summary/Purpose Managing multiple global projects and testing teams to provide high quality testing services for the strategic ERP implementations. It is directly related to the ERP Simplification initiative and will be responsible for accelerating ERP implementations through shared service testing. The Project Manager will work with multiple business units to strategize and execute test plans for customers performing ERP releases, upgrades or consolidations.

- Act as an Oracle ERP subject matter expert and project test leader for wide ERP implementations, upgrades and consolidations.
- Work with Business teams and contractor groups to build team, strategize and execute testing of GE ERP systems
- Understand quality testing tools/processes commonly used to test ERP systems (eg HP UFT, QTP, QC/ALM, Panaya services)
- Proficient at developing content and presenting to senior and executive leaders
- Able to handle multiple projects successfully with proven project management skills
- Able to travel for customer meetings, training or conferences

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on IT Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle 12.x/EBS ERP
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or ERP application testing
- Location can be in Latham, NY, Fairfield, CT or Van Buren Township, MI (near Ann Arbor/Detroit)

- Master's or advanced degree in Information Technology
- Working knowledgebuilds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
- Strong analytical skills - strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
- Change oriented - actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways
