ORACLE EBS FINANCE PROGRAMME MANAGER - DUBLIN
Oracle Finance Programme Manager required for a Global End User Client based in Dublin.
The Oracle Finance Programme Manager role encompasses and is responsible for:
- Ensure that activities in support of IS Programs and Projects are performed in accordance with internal and external requirements and following direction from IS Management
- Ensure Programs and Projects are managed in an effective and consistent manner through following IS project management policies, standards, processes, procedures, technology, tools and techniques
- Support continuous improvement activities in how Client manages and deliver IS projects
- Developing Capability and Performance: Delivering a portfolio of projects to meet the requirements of the associated business cases
- Managing stakeholders across business functions and externally
- Responsible for ensuring the Portfolio Management processes are followed by all Programs and Projects under their leadership
- Responsible for ensuring that Program and Project deliverables reflect the quality standards defined as part of the Portfolio Management methodology, tools and templates provided
- Responsible for the consolidation of status reports, communications and managing project governance
- Responsible for ensuring that Program and Project deliverables are accepted by the business, meet the agreed quality standards and are managed within agreed
- Liaise with Group, Regional and 3rd Party personnel ensuring alignment of all deliveries
Essential Skills:
- Programme Management of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Applications, 11i/R12, EBS Oracle Financials GL, AP, AR, Oracle SCM, FA, CM, INV, OM
- Relevant experience performing the role within the Finance industry
- Experience working in a large, diverse IS organisation in a globally outsourced environment
- Excellent communications, negotiation and influencing skills
- Must have experience of working with peers remotely
- A track record of being results orientated and the ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Effectively work cross-functionally with and through business IS managers and outsources partners
