Oracle EBS Business Design Lead (Functional/PM)

WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ORACLE EBS BUSINESS DESIGN LEAD

Your Responsibilities will include the following:

- Overall business design (business processes, business requirements, capability) within the design office.
- Deliverables responsibility (not exhaustive):
- Business architecture deliverables: Process architecture, organisation, information
- Business design deliverables: Process models, business requirements, work-instructions, org design
- Deliver an integrated design EMEA template and protect the template against adverse change unless approved by BPO's/Steering Committee
- Championing the vision and approach for design and providing leadership within the central and stream design office teams
- Successful and seamless handover of business design to IT
- Ensuring approach/methodologies for design are fit for purpose for the Cross implementation
- Project management of business design office activities and deliverables
- Management of Cross design office team members
- Ensuring business stakeholders (represented by the BPO organisation) are fully engaged in the Cross design and ultimately sign-off on the design deliverables based on a  fit with their needs
- Manage issues and risks from the streams and within the Cross team, effectively escalating to the project manager and Steering Committee where needed
- Enable successful conclusion of open design topics and issues

Skillset/Experience:

- Large scale business and IT transformation projects/programmes involving business process design
- Experience with Global templates/Core design models gained from large scale Oracle EBS programmes.
- Good mix of business and IT background and experiences.
- Broad experience of different project/programme disciplines:
- Project/programme management
- Change management
- Delivery management
- Design office
- Etc.
- Experience of multi-national projects/programmes
- Knowledge of strategy definition, business model definition, target operating model design and business architecture
- Knowledge of business and IT design methodologies, and disciplines such as:
- Process modelling
- Business requirements management
- Use case modelling
- Functional design
- Knowledge/experience with ARIS and ALM
- Knowledge of business design methodologies
- Knowledge of IT design and delivery methodologies
- Content knowledge of some of the key project focus areas: Supply Chain or Sales or Service or Finance
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups

This is a long term requirement in Amsterdam working on a global Oracle EBS R12 programme
