Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Consultant

Short Description

1.2.1 Required Skills:

- 3 to 6 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Minimum 2 years experience of Oracle EBS development including proficiency in PL/SQL programming
- Minimum 2 years experience of professional software development in JAVA, J2EE, J2SE, HTML, and XML for web services
- Understanding of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology
- Understanding of Public Sector Financials concepts and business processes of Oracle R12 INV and FA modules in order to interact with the business group effectively
- Experience in Oracle Forms / Reports
- Knowledge in Oracle database schemas and the use of Oracle standard APIs
- Demonstrated experience writing Technical Specifications and development of RICEFW objects
- Demonstrated experience developing interfaces between Oracle EBS and legacy applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Clearance Status: NS Security Clearance.

1.2.3 Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS solutions for Public Sector organization/ agencies
- Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS for a large International Organization
- Knowledge of Oracle INV and FA modules and how these modules interface with GL, AP, PO, and other non-Oracle Applications
- Previous experience implementing PLANON and building interfaces with Oracle EBS

1.2.4 Responsibilities:

- Meet business objectives for INV and FA module
- Responsible for the development of functional designs for RICEFW objects (e.g. interfaces with non-Oracle Applications like PLANON)
- Write technical specifications for RICEFW objects
- Develop, validate and unit test solution of RICEFW objects
- Assist in the data conversion and migration activities
- Assist in resolving business and system integration issues
- Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
- Troubleshooting issues within reports and front-end application (Oracle EBS)
- Work with the DBA's and support teams to migrate the changes to the test instances and test the changes
- Respond to project management regarding progress and issues and risks

We are offering a framework agreement freelance based on a full time mission for a period of 6 months with extension possible.
