Our client is one of the biggest technology companies in the world. They are looking for a Data Warehouse Consultant to work at a chemical company in Finland. They already have a data warehouse in place, but this is constantly updating and expanding. You will work in an, international team of approximately 15 people. In this team you will be responsible for maintaining and extending the data warehouse. You will also be responsible for the ETL design. For this role we are looking for a medior/senior profile. Because you will be in a very independent role, it's important that you take responsibility for your work.

Tasks:
* Designing architecture and infrastructure of the ETL environment as well as designing logical mappings
* Contributing to the design of enterprise data architecture
* Following business requirements and demonstrating strong understanding of the business needs as well as the source operational systems
* Resolving complex technical issues for the team related to design, testing and performance.
* Support the installation, benchmarking and configuration of DW production environments, as well as migration from existing pre-production environment;
* Support the DW team on some tasks related with adapting existing data warehouses to accommodate needs from other projects and activities identified in the work plan;
* Provide on-site support for the Oracle Warehouse Builder SW and follow actual identified problems

* Oracle Database 11g, PL/SQL, Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB)
* ETL design, DWH design
