Job: Oracle Developer E-learning
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Commutable from: Colchester, Braintree, Ipswich, and Brentwood
Job term: Contract 4 Months
Salary: Up to £250 per day

My key client is looking for a number of contract Oracle Developers with experience in developing training with Taleo to join a new team on a key business transformation project. You will be responsible for transforming the current recruitment and staffing system to supply a user focused system to enable hiring managers greater ability for access and control.

Role responsibilities:
-Understand the needs of your customers and deliver the best possible outcomes through example behaviour
-To contribute to development of organisational capability by taking ownership of your own training and development, including identifying and taking part in training and development activity and responding to feedback on performance.
-Thinking creatively, challenging the norms, and constructively challenging those around them (including those more senior) to ensure continuous improvement and commercial astuteness, and inspire the same in colleagues.
-Work as part of project or process teams as required under the new operating model, ensuring excellent cross functional output.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
-Contribute to the design, development and implementation of a high quality training solution
-Develop a solution to enhance employees system usage effectiveness and satisfaction
-Contribute to the design of training assessment/evaluation methods.
-Input into employee communications for TCS (One, Plus One, Intranet )
-Undertake design, development and delivery of UPK content and eLearning modules
-Manage production and distribution of training materials to employees via UPK/Taleo Learn
