* Able to develop complex functions and procedures using Oracle PL/SQL
* Expert knowledge of SQL, able to meet complex information requirements
* Excellent understanding of Oracle RDBMS up to 11G
* Knowledge of basic Oracle DBA functions
* Working knowledge of Oracle Application Express development
