Oracle Designer (Developer/Tester)

NEXT VENTURES ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR AN ORACLE DESIGNER WITH EXPERIENCE IN FORMS AND REPORTS

PRIMARY SKILLS:Oracle Designer, Headstart, Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle PLSQL.

SECONDARY SKILLS:CDM Ruleframework, Unix Scripting, Oracle Apex, Application Performance Tuning experience.

NICE TO HAVE:Service Now (SNOW), CI/CD- CDAAS, Agile Methodology

5 years' experience in development and testing with: ORACLE DESIGNER 10G WITH VERSIONING FOR DATAMODELLING, ORACLE FORMS 10G, ORACLE REPORTS 10G, ORACLE HEADSTART, PL/SQL, ORACLE CDM RULE FRAME

Unix (IBM AIX) Shell Scripts

Performance tuning (Oracle)

Scheduler tools (IBM TWS-D)

Oracle database knowledge and working experience

Experience with Oracle CDM Rule frame

Write product documentation (like functional design, data model, technical design, system documentation, user manuals, and work instructions).

Design and develop software and/or configure software packages

Develop and maintain test cases and (automated) test scripts.

Execute all required tests and fix bugs, performance issues and conflicts in builds in order to deliver updated and tested software (including interfaces, reports, and configuration changes).

Activities to create the software build and version management are included.

Develop and test of deployment scripts

Lead a team

Worked on detailed transition plan to take over knowledge

Provide Oracle Designer training to the fellow team member

Ability to cross skill/upskill the team members

All based on Agile Scrum way of working, which means:

o Participate in planningUnderstanding complex application landscapes; Able to see relations between IT systems and understanding these relations. Strong analytical skills

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Ideal candidate speaks fluently English and has at least 7 years of experience in delivering projects in a transformational context. Ability to manage stakeholders, clients and provide thought leadership is a must for the role. Mastery of basic architecture concepts and specific Oracle Skills. The candidate will also have experience with offshore delivery model as well as in telecommunication and possibly in Financial Services. Experience in Consulting with entrepreneurial attitude as well as team spirit is highly desirable.

Team player, frequent contact with fellow developers and other departments comes with the job. Able to work independently and also has the ability to take the load from team members not able to scale up. Pro-active, Good communicative skills, able to work in multi-disciplinary teams. Work in a sometimes hectic environment.

- Minimal Bachelor degree
