Oracle DBA/Database Administrator - RMAN RAC Data Guard
Our client, a major financial services company, is currently looking for candidates with strong experience in Oracle Database Administration on Unix and Linux platforms within production support environment.
DESCRIPTION:
Ideally we are looking for specialists with previous experience in supporting Oracle and Dataguard setup. You will have operational experience working with Oracle Releases 10g/11g and working experience with tools and utilities such as RMAN and Grid Control. You will speak fluent English, German is desirable. If you are a team player with a lot of drive, are able to work on multiple tasks and under a lot of pressure - you will be the ideal candidate!
MUST HAVE:
- Oracle DBA skills 5+ years
- GRID CONTROL/DB Monitoring know how
- Working knowledge in Unix/Linux
- Extensive experience of DATA GUARD AND RMAN
- Knowledge of RAC Clusters
- Skills and experience in Database tuning and optimization
- English skills
