Oracle DBA Contract

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Oracle DBA for a minimum of a 6 month contract based on in their headquarters in north Dublin. This job requires an experienced Administrator with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
The team you will be joining provide both onsite and remote support to customers from varying industries and you will be required to carry out general DBA duties including performance tuning, cloning, debugging as well as backup and recovery.

Further requirements are listed below:

- Expert knowledge of 10g/11i Oracle technology stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised in a number of client sites (some outside Dublin)
- Client facing experience, ideally as a consultant
- Excellent debug skills
- Experience with 11i RAC.
- Database Upgrade experience up to 11i.
- Hands on experience of Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control 10g/11i Database skills
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL F
- Flexible to work out of business hours if required
- Basic UNIX skills
