Oracle DBA - 6 to 8 week Contract - Dublin

ORACLE DBA REQUIRED FOR A 6 TO 8 WEEK CONTRACT BASED IN DUBLIN & CORK.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline (computer science) or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience within IT environment
- Significant DBA experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server database technologies
- Experience in Unix and Windows environment
- Database backup & recovery processes,
- Performance monitoring & tuning,
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and
- Experience in SQL Clusters using MSCS,
- Familiar with Database Best Practices, Standards & Guidelines, Processes & Procedures,
- Familiar with Database Capacity Planning Methodology,
- Familiar with Database Monitoring Tools and Technologies and Familiar with Database Security
Salary on offer, DAY RATE: 400 to 450 euro DOE
