Our client is a leading Swiss bank, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking an Oracle DBA.
In your role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide specialist support for the Oracle environment
- Work closely together with other teams such as Database Administrators and Distributed Systems teams
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- 5+ years working experience with Oracle
- Working experience as a Senior Oracle specialist
- Know-how of Oracle version 11g
- Experience in a global financial organization
- Confidence in obtaining and providing advice for customers and colleagues
- Proficiency with Oracle DBA tasks
- Very good knowledge of Unix and Linux
- Strong skills in Performance Tuning
- Strong skills in Recovery Manager and SQL
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
