Oracle/DB2 Service Offering Manager (f/m)

We are looking for two Service Offering Managers for one of our customers in Frankfurt.

The candidates should specialize either on Oracle or on DB2 products and services.

Duration: asap until 31 of August

Location: on site in Frankfurt

SKILL AND JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Deep technical knowledge in his service offering area (oracle or db2)
- End to End responsible for the service delivery
- Focal point to the customer Service Manager
- Role is customer facing
- Has to ensure that the customer gets all needed information about the SOR-Criteria status
- Support of document creation regarding to the product life cycle management process
- Retrieve the needed information from other work streams
- Supports the technical service implementation and handover projects to fulfil the PLM process (fulfilment SOR-Criteria)
- Working in this role over all PLM phases in T&T
- Handover the PLM Service to the customer's service management after first service implementation
