THIS CONTRACT IS WITH A CONSULTANCY TO BE ON AN ASSIGNMENT AT A LARGE ORGANIZATION BASED IN GENEVA AS FOLLOWS:- OBJECTIVES:- Supplier Management for Oracle Database Administration and Operations Support

Application Support for Oracle Database Integration:

Project Coordination for Oracle RAC Migration:

DELIVERABLES/SERVICES

a) ICC Supplier Relationship Management for Oracle DBA Operations

b) Application Support services with a progressive move towards standard Release Management procedures

c) Project Coordination support for the ongoing Oracle RAC Migration project with the expected result of the project delivered according to the Project Plans with high level of stakeholder satisfaction and buy-in.

d) Performing other duties as required.

ESSENTIAL:

a) Excellent working knowledge of English;

b) At least six years of relevant professional experience with Oracle DBA and Application Integration support;

c) Oracle 11 and 12c DBA Certification or relevant professional experience;

d) Experience with Oracle RAC Clusters and Database Monitoring using Oracle Grid Control;

e) RedHat Linux administration;

f) Experience in Change and Release Management.

DESIRABLE:

a) Experience in Application Development using Java and Tomcat;

b) ITIL Foundation Certificate;

c) Experience in Service Management, in particular Service Provider relationship management and managing relationship with multiple Business Stakeholders;

d) PRINCE2 Foundation;

e) Experience in using Oracle pluggable databases.
