For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
ORACLE DATABASE DESIGNER/DEVELOPER - RISK APPLICATIONS (4510)
The Analytics team is looking for a Database Designer/Developer (Oracle) for several firmwide Risk Applications (so-called monitoring systems, calculators and others). As a member of the "Methodology Technology" team you PROVIDE DATABASE SERVICES AND COMPONENTS (ORACLE) TO SEVERAL FIRMWIDE RISK APPLICATIONS.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A DATABASE DESIGNER/DEVELOPER/SOFTWARE ENGINEER, PREFERABLY WITHIN BANKING AREA - EXPERIENCE AS DBA WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF SQL AND PL/SQL - GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH TOOLS SUCH AS TOAD AND POWER DESIGNER
- In-depth experience in high volume and high performance, scalable database design experience is essential
- Experience in logical and physical Datamodelling
- Very good analytical and design skills and the ability to grasp complex business or technical issues in a structured and efficient manner
- EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA OF RISK IT IS AN ADVANTAGE
