DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR EWING, NJ 6 MONTH CONTRACT
We re looking for a high level Oracle DBA for an excellent opportunity with a leading healthcare company. At COMPUCOM, we set you up for job success right from the start. Candidates must be available to work after hours to provide on-call support for production databases.
- Must have 5-8 years of experience of managing business critical Oracle databases
- Extensive knowledge on Oracle up to 11g and possibly 12c
- Must have complete knowledge of Oracle from planning, installation and configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Oracle databases on Linux and AIX systems
- Extensive knowledge on cloning databases for development/QA/training environments
- Knowledge of Data Guard, tuning, configuring database as per business needs
- Good knowledge of Shell Scripting
- Good knowledge of Linux and AIX operating system
- Familiarity with OEM, TOAD and other third party tools
- RMAN and backup experience
- OCP preferred
