My client, a large local authority are looking to recruit based on the inception of a large Oracle programme across the organisation. The programme is a large Oracle E-business suite with the main focus on Oracle HCM projects and guiding customers through realization meetings
On this occasion my client are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM consultant to be the technical lead on this particular project. The Oracle HCM consultant will be an expert in the use of HCM modules with a particular emphasis on the Payroll side.
The Oracle HCM consultant will configure HRMS solutions in line with customer needs and requirements. The Oracle HCM consultant will complete full end to end consultancy including the testing phase through to go live. The HCM consultant will Support the HR payroll development team including the knowledge transfer phase.
The Oracle HCM consultant will Provide project/programme managers with appropriate guidance, training and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and benefits
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience across Oracle Applications (11.5.10 & Release 12).
- Experience of managing Oracle HCM Projects utilising suppliers, 3rd parties and delivery partners.
- Experience in PRINCE2 (project planning, management and control techniques - inclusive of all related documentation).
- Experience of ensuring that solutions are implemented according to correct standards and are properly transitioned into support.
- Evidence of adhering to documentation standards (BR100, MD050).
- Detailed knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL.
