ORACLE CONSULTANT 

ORACLE GRC [GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE] DESIGN CONSULTANT

SKILLS:

- 5+ years of experience on GRC solutions with at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle GRC
- Thorough understanding of various GRC products in the market, their capabilities and comparison
- Ability to interact with senior management and senior business users to discuss business-focused GRC priorities, issues and plans
- Experience working with international organizations, globally spread business community and onsite-offshore IT delivery model
- Experience with non-profit, and public sector organizations preferred
- Ability to independently manage the track of GRC solution design, while working collaboratively with the larger project team focusing on multiple other tracks
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, and documentation skills
- Good presentation, articulation, and workshop management skills

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oracle GRC [Governance, Risk and Compliance] design consultant

- Work with business users in defining the scope and requirements for implementation of Oracle GRC solution. Create thorough business requirements document including requirements fit-gap with the Oracle GRC product
- Conduct conference room pilots with multiple teams based across multiple locations - for requirements gathering, design build, implementation recommendations etc.
- Work with project team and business users to create function design documents which can be used by the implementation team to implement the solution. Design documents should include thorough business process diagrams, flowcharts, pseudo code, functional and technical design. The document templates will be given by the project manager
- Work with the technical and infrastructure team to layout the infrastructure, application installation, technical customization, interface and reporting requirements etc. in and around Oracle GRC solution
- Work with the project team and business users to create next-steps documents, with implementation options, comparisons and recommendations
