ORACLE CC&B PROGRAMME MANAGER
Greenfield Site - Initial 6mth contract with view for extension to 12mths, even 18mths
This is a lead role for a very experienced person who has implemented CC&B a number of times and has experience ideally in Utilities or any utility or Telco type company.
Next Generation are looking for CC&B (customer care and billing) candidates with senior programme management/project management experience in billing, credit and collections, customer contact. CC&B experience if not in Oracle can be in other applications and industry can be telecoms and or utilities and or consulting putting these systems into different sites.
