Oracle CC&B Business Analyst

Leading Global Solutions Provider requires a Business Analyst for Process Development work with CC&B for a long term contract role based in Dublin. You will be a strong business consultant with good client engagement skills, who has equivalent subject matter expertise in Utilities (water, gas, electric) or Telephone ( mobile or land) Billing function, from the creation of tariffs, bill design, bill calculations, estimation routines and bill fulfilment. An understanding of an equivalent process to meter to cash would be great. In addition to the subject matter expertise which is the key, we would also like methods around - process engineering and mapping, requirements gathering, writing policies and role definitions. Previous experience in big Systems Integration projects necessary and hands on. We are not looking for someone with OCS/org design skills - we are looking at a B&C skill set and more process/business analyst skills. Need customer care and billing experience.
