ORACLE C# DEVELOPER - COPENHAGEN - RATE TBC - INITIALLY 10 MONTHS CONTRACT

Background
We receive today a lot of data, both static data entering once a day in a batch job, but also prices entering all day (streaming). In the current setup we are receiving the data from an internal Nordea system, which take the data from an OMX API and put it into some staging tables in an Oracle database. The current solution is very unstable and outdated and need to be replaced with new solution.
The project
The project should deliver at service that connects directly to OMX API and deliver both the batch data and streaming data to the current data model on Oracle. A requirement for the streaming part will be less than a second's latency from data is available on the OMX API before we have it available in the database.
The solution is to be made in C#. Requirements for the project are not set, and will evolve as the project is ongoing; this project therefore needs a senior developer with knowledge of both C# and Oracle. The consultant will have to work onsite together with our Danish Mortgage Bond specialist who will set the business requirements. As lot of the documentation regarding Danish Mortgage Bonds is written in Danish, it is an advantage to understand Danish.
