Oracle BRM Operations Specialist

Excellent knowledge of business processes in Telecom billing domain

-Well versed with Oracle BRM client tools.
-Excellent knowledge the Pipeline rating process for customer rating, InterconnecT and roaming.
-Hands-on knowledge for price configuration for delayed and Real Time.
-Good understating of the AR and financials of Oracle BRM.
-Excellent Understanding of Order journey flow of Oracle BRM.
-Knowledge of Integration of Oracle BRM with external components.
-Good experience on Unix, SQL, Oracle (Shell Scripting preferred)
-Understanding of Siebel CRM, AIA OSM is a plus.
-Understating of billing and invoicing process of Oracle BRM.
-Understanding of opcodes and MTA is must
- Responsible for TAP, rating, TADIG & IREG, Telecom billing system testing, Special IOT, Reporting

and revenue monitoring, Int.Roaming Fraud Mngmt, NRTRDE

- Responsible testing and launches, Roaming disputes, Special IOT Discount agreement, Reporting

and revenue monitoring.

- Telecom billing system testing, Product and Service Testing, Test of tariffs on test system and implement on production system,
- Raising SR (Service Request) to the design team, to arrange for a fix for any kind of defect in product 

functionality or to add new features in the existing product or services

- Setting up of new roaming partners in Oracle BRM system, End to End Processing, RA, and Error bucket clearance, New Rate plans and new scenarios, conducting end to end testing of CDRs, Adhoc reports.
