A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for an experienced an Oracle BPM Developer to join a leading global organisation and work in a beautiful region of Switzerland. This job is expected to be complex and challenging with exciting future opportunities. Initial duration would be a 6-12 month contract, the project is expected to last 2+ years.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 4-6 years of experience in OBPM design and development
- Exposure and collaboration with operations and business teams
- Knowledge and experience in banking application and processes
- Working experience with distributed teams
- Experience in agile development processes and tools

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Act as Lead Developer for Oracle Business Process Management (OBPM) platform
- Provide technical guidance to the team for the design and implementation of banking processes
- Coordinate change and release management of the application with onshore/offshore teams
- Establish a robust and reliable infrastructure in collaboration with OBPM platform team
- Coordinate the evolution of the architecture domain and department architecture teams
