JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning/Forecasting/Manufacturing Functional/techno-functional team member/Stream Lead
- Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting the Oracle R12 Advanced Supply Chain Planning and drive solutions for enhancement/roll-outs
- Knowledge of OPM(Product Development, Process Manufacturing Execution), Purchasing, Order Management and inventory modules.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equivalent Six or more years' experience with Oracle Applications 11i and R12 support, implementation and upgrade experience in an Oracle R12 and/or 11i ASCP planning environment.
- Experience with various Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution; troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications Planning & Process Manufacturing module.
- Experience in configuration setup, test script creation and testing.
- Experience in other Oracle R12 or 11i Application modules such as Process Manufacturing, Purchasing, Order Management and inventory as well as knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to application module schemas/products, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting
- Should have experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle System Responsible's with Oracle Support and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology.
- Should be experienced in Oracle Technology: SQL/PLSQL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with end user communities across the globe.
