Oracle Apps DBA

This organisation is based in the Perth CBD with some travel overseas and is currently delivering a project which has the potential to help you work with highly sought after technologies. The role is direct with this end user with no companies between and is for a minimum of 6 months rolling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be part of the Oracle applications database team, you will be working on complex Development projects, support, Maintenance, Production, back up, recovery and enhancements of Oracle as an Apps DBA. You will be primarily working on R12.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive Oracle Applications DBA experience
- Additional experience in RAC is essential
- Oracle R12 experience is deemed essential
- Database Maintenance and development experience
- Strong backup, recovery, and ideally some integration experience
- Dataguard, RMAN and SSO is a bonus
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience
- Consulting experience is preferred
- Open to occasional international travel

This role will be a long term rolling contract position within new technologies, R12 and a sought after locations. Not an opportunity to be missed.
