Job Title:Oracle Apps - HR and Payroll

Location: Vienna, Austria

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Basic rained in process flows and know 2 core modules ability to navigatethe screens work as per the guidelines Trained in D2K, SQL and PL/SQL

Oracle HRMS Consulting (L2)
Working experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision Ableto understand customer requirements and be able to map the right technologytools to be used Ability to configure and setup any of the HRMS Modules Abilityto provide guidance

Oracle Apps Technical (L1)
basic overview of Oracle Apps (across FIN, SCM), understanding of Appsarchitecture, basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL

Essential Skill(s)

Oracle Apps HRMS Functional (L3)
Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areasand suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creationwithin the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - HRMS, Payroll Mentorconsulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional developmentWork with Business Development to participate in the bid process both inproposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-vis competition
