ORACLE APEX DEVELOPER, ("SC CLEARED", "SC CLEARANCE")

Orcacle Apex Developer required t o undertake application design and development work to ensure delivery of a robust Oracle APEX application to meet the needs of the customers, undertaking tasks as directed by the Project Manager and Lead Oracle Developer.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

1. ESSENTIAL SKILLS

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE INDIVIDUAL HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

a) Oracle Database 10g and 11g
b) Oracle Application Server 10.1.2, 10.1.3 and 10.1.4
c) Oracle Application Express 4
d) SQL and PL/SQL
e) Oracle Discoverer
f) Oracle Reports
g) Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (including BI Publisher)
h) Working within a Data Warehousing project
i) Oracle Warehouse Builder 10g
j) VMWare ESX
k) Microsoft Windows Server 2003
l) Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.x
m) Batch, Perl and Shell Scripting
n) HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and jQuery
o) A minimum of 12 months experience using ApexSec Security Console to diagnose security issues within APEX Applications and provide the necessary fixes.
p) A minimum of 2 years experience of securing APEX Applications using the built in security functions.
q) A minimum of 2 years experience writing user authentication functions based on a shared Oracle OID repository and Oracle Single Sign-On.
r) A minimum of 12 months experience using Serena Dimension software configuration management system.
s) The capacity and self-motivation required to meet the demands of AIS Service Design in terms of quality, customer expectations, tight timescales, work-stream management and skills-transfer.
t) Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills and questioning skills.
