Oracle & .NET Developer - Gloucester £400/day

My Tier 1 Banking client is looking for a contractor to join their team in Gloucester, paying £400 per day. This will be a rolling 6 month contract.

Role: BI Developer responsible for the end to end delivery of change to Oracle Data Warehouse and .Net applications

Profile: Experienced developer with strong background in analysis, design & implementation of technical solutions. Articulate, confident communicator - financial services background a bonus.

Skills: Oracle PL\SQL, Dimensional Modelling, .Net, VB.Net, Silverlight, OOP, XML, Quest Toad, Visual Studio, RTC

Any experience with regulatory projects - Basel 2, Capital Impairment etc will be a bonus.

This role requires end-to-end delivery from initially speaking to the stakeholders, discussing requirements, producing the technical design and documentation and then actually carrying out the development, through to working with the testing teams.

Applicants must be able to start in early March.
