Projektbeschreibung
* Work in a cross-functional team taking products from concept to commercialization
* Develop mechanical designs, models, and detailed parts drawings using Pro/E. Designs are part of electro-optical-mechanical products
* Build instrument prototypes
* Perform optical alignment & calibration
* Conduct design verification testing
* Develop documentation to support manufacturing (BoM, assembly instructions, test instructions, etc.)
* Perform data analysis
* Occasional travel may be required
Requirements/Experience:
* CAD/CAM (Pro/E preferred)
* Lasers and/or optics
* Excellent problem solving and practical laboratory skills
* Strong visualization and spatial orientation skills
* Electronics and programming knowledge a plus
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Optical, or Aerospace engineering.
