A global telecommunications is currently looking to expand their team in Texas, and are recruiting for a UMTS Optimisation Engineer to join them on a contractual basis.

Applicants for the role of UMTS Optimisation Engineer will ideally have the following demonstrable qualities outlined in their CV;

- A strong working background in Optimisation Projects (ideally 3+ years in UMTS Optimization)
- Exposure to Optimisation projects using different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL)
- Knowledge of optimising network using statistics
- An understanding of OSS
- Experience of live data KPI's and tools
- A working knowledge of RAN features in relation to UMTS
- Past leadership experience would be advantageous
