Ops Support Specialist Job

OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Belleville, IL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manages request received via work queues to meet all targets.
- Interacts with internal/external business partners regarding various issues and provides any additional assistance.
- Evaluate mismatch report to monitor and reduce potential errors by partnering with Field Operations, Shared Services and the Billing Department for continuous improvement.
- Compiles and reviews numerous reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associate's Degree
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment
- Have Customer Service skills - in person and on the phone, able to handle high Volume
- Be able to analyze numbers and situations in a pinch; resolve issues in a timely fashion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SAP
