Ops Infrastructure Project Manager Job

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER/OPS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reston, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Data Center Infrastructure experience
- IT Project Management experience
- Delivery Risk and Gap analysis

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform the role of Operations Infrastructure Service Manager reporting to VP, Global Operations
- Manage the relationship with the internal Cloud Infrastructure Delivery team
- Manage Operations Agreements
- SLA reporting
- Develop and track Service Delivery Risk and Gap analysis
- Chair monthly Capacity and Service Review meetings

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Eight to ten (8 - 10) years of Industry Experience
- BS Technology or Business Management
- Certifications Desired/Not Required: PMP, ITIL
- Solid Data Center Infrastructure experience (Network, Server, Storage)
- Excellent Verbal/Written Skills
- Must be able to work independently, host meeting at Director/VP Level
- Some global travel may be required
