OPS Engineer SAAS (Workday)

I am currently looking for a OPS Engineer SAAS (Workday) for a long term contract based in Amsterdam

As OPS Engineer SAAS you are part of a Workday team. The Workday team which consist of Business Analists and Engineers.

Besides Workday, the team also maintains Kainos, a test tool for Workday and several SAAS application, a.o. Service Now and 'Verzuim expert'.

THE OPS ENGINEER SAAS (WORKDAY) WILL BE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- As OPS Engineer you monitor SAAS applications on availability and correct functioning and take proactive and reactive actions to assure continuity, furthermore compliance and Risk & security are important part of your day to day work.
- In Changes the Engineer has important role in monitoring the deliverables according to the Definition of Done.
- With regard to Kainos the OPS Engineer SAAS plays an important role in de preparations of the regression tests and aligning other team members to keep the test cases up to date.
- As OPS Engineer SAAS you focus on managing the third parties, supporting projects and Risk & Security related activities, eg OCD.

THE OPS ENGINEER SAAS (WORKDAY) WILL IDEALLY HAVE 60% THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

- 3 -5 years of experience in a service-oriented role and experience with DevOps teams.
- Experience in operational Supplier management
- Experience of Agile/scrum way of working
- Knowledge of and experience with outsourcing (SAAS), ITIL, Infrastructure and Risk& Security within the OIB domain.
- Knowledge and experience with Kainos (preferably)
- Knowledge of workday
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch), combined with interpersonal skills.
