Ops Engineer Linux/WAS/Tomcat/Oracle

CB Portal is based on in-house development. It consists of JEE applications running on Linux/WAS/Tomcat using Oracle, Tibco BW and Nolio. As an experienced system administrator, your main role will be to take care of availability of the applications on the production environment and acceptance environments. You will support continuous deployment in this rapidly changing environment.

CB Portal is going to deliver an Internet portal for corporate customers. This portal will offer access to a wide range of products and services in the business domains of Transaction Services, Financial Markets, Lending Services and Client Services. The platform is based on innovative architecture and technology and will provide access via web and mobile.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

HBO or Academic degree
Proven track record in this role, preferably in an international environment
Minimum of 7 years work experience, 3 years in comparable role
Preferably knowledge of at least one of the following business domains: Transaction Services (Payments and Receivables), Financial Markets (FX/MM), Lending Services in a commercial banking environment

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

Good knowledge of running JEE applications on Linux/WAS/Tomcat/Oracle and knowledge of or willing to learn Tibco BW and Nolio
Good knowledge of XML/SOAP/WSDL (web) services
