IT INTEGRATOR - (ENG + FR and/or NL) - Brussels

I am urgently looking for an IT Integrator for a well-known ICT company.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Freelance

Location: Belgium

General Context:

You will reside at the Feature layer of the Scaled Agile/Scrum Framework, from where you support the different Development Operational Teams.

You have to ensure the alignment on the execution of the activities across the different teams

You will work according to the Agile/Scrum methodology and Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices.

The Role:

In cooperation with Business & IT, you have to build an organization which is less complex, more effective and decisive.

Business & IT will be working together as "collaborative community" to deliver high quality software development (Scaled Agile/Scrum Framework)

In-depth automation of the IT processes will require extensive IT knowledge in order to meet the challenges going forward.

Capabilities:

- Coordinate activities of the feature management team (the translation from Epics to Features)
- You can coordinate the work across different Team backlogs
- You can deal with the dependencies between the activities of multiple Agile teams
- You are responsible for alignment of different stakeholders
- You are able to organize the PSI planning meeting within the Release Train.
- You can organize and monitor the deployment (in A and P) of all the applications part of a defined Release content.
