IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Operating webcast recordings as well as monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Webcast
-Analysing system messages, triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
-Planning based on requirements
-Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in ticketing system (incident management)
-Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
-Keeping processing and error logs up as well as generating statistics and checklists
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience conducting technical planning and organization of webcasts
-Knowledge of gathering customer requirements and recommending technical setups
-Consulting and training in the area of webcast and broadcast for support staff (locally or offsite)
-In-depth experience in webcast, audio and video technologies
-Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
-Proficiency in English, German or Spanish are beneficial
-Cultural knowledge is desirable
-Experience in the field of pharma is a plus
