Operator Digital Signage

Harvey Nash is looking for an Operator Digital Signage for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate that can operate and monitor IT & A/V equipment in the area of Digital Signage for the clients meeting Services.

You are responsible for

. Operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Digital Signage
. Analyzing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
. Planning based on requirements
. Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in the ticketing system HPSM (incident management)
. Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
. Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists

Requirements

. The candidate should have at least 2 years experience in Digital Signage
. Skilled in server administration
. Basic SQL language skills
. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
. Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment, working flexible (early/late) based on requirements
. Proficient in English and German, other languages like Spanish or Chinese are beneficial
. Experience with global enterprise environment preferred
. Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
. General understanding of ITIL framework, Call center reporting knowledge beneficial
. Experience with RMG Networks
