IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the Digital Signage area
-Analysing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
-Planning based on requirements
-Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in ticketing system HPSM
-Initiating and controlling maintenance tasks
-Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists
-Providing customer service

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Working experience with digital Signage
-Knowledge of server administration (SQL)
-General understanding of ITIL framework; experience with call center reporting is beneficial
-Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and to work flexibly based on requirements
-Experience with global enterprise environment of advantage
-Team player with strong customer and service orientation
-Proficiency in English and German; other languages like Spanish or Chinese are beneficial
-Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
