PRODUCTION OPERATOR

My Client, a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire is urgently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their team for a minimum of 4 months with potential for extension. This is a full time role working between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday- Friday.

OPERATOR DUTIES INVOLVED:

- Utilising function tester and automated packing line
- Following Standard Operating Procedures
- Operating to cGMP and EHS standards
- To problem solve & determine root causes of equipment (within scope of role)/line issues and implement corrective actions.
- Development, implementation & maintenance of line efficiency initiatives (OEE)
- Operating individual pieces of equipment
- Performing safety checks on equipment
- Performing sensor checks on equipment
- Perform line checks
- Perform in-process checks
- Cleaning of equipment
- Monitoring of line efficiencies (OEE)
- Problem solving

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 2 years pharmaceutical experience
- 2 - 3 months training period.
