Operator

SKILLS:

JOB COMPETENCIES:

- Ability to perform light mechanical skills (machine set-up and operation).
- Strong communication skills.
- Disciplined and detail oriented.
- Commitment to documentation and strict adherence to written procedures and cGMP policies.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Email.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good math, computer, and science skills desired.
- Prior work experience in a science field desired.
- Post high school education in Biology or Microbiology desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull, and handle/grip frequently.
- Must be willing to work any shift, and outside of normal scheduled hours as necessary, including opportunities for overtime.
- Must be able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Individuals who are technical in nature with close attention to detail do well in our environment.
