- Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy
- Experience with NFS and SAN/NAS storage systems
- Experience with blade-server technology and switches
- Experience with Veritas NetBackup, TSM and/or other backup systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows Server installations irregularities
- Experience with troubleshooting on Citrix, Unix og VMware installations irregularities
- Experience with troubleshooting on AD environments irregularities
- Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Tivoli Enterprise Console and Foglight.
- Ability to acquire knowledge relevant for Nordea IT
