OPERATIONS SPECIALIST NEEDED for an eight (8) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client, a National Utilities Company, located in Delran, NJ.
THE BIG PICTURE:
- Work Schedule is 1pm - 8pm Monday- Thursday and would average 28 hours per week
TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Administrative skills
- Organizational Skills
- Communication Skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- The Operations Specialist provides a combination of administrative, analytical and/or technical support pertaining to routine day-to-day operations for a National Utility Company
- Provides operational customer support to external and internal customers
- Schedule is 8 -430 pm Monday through Friday
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Demonstrated organization and administrative skills
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Six months to one year experience in customer support preferred.
- Working knowledge of supported operating systems and software.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- High school diploma with post high school education. Six months to one year experience in customer support preferred. Working knowledge of supported operating systems and software.
