- Water Utility
- Customer Service
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Review of customer's accounts to diagnose billing issues.
- Works well with all facets of customer service and administrative depts.
- Identify and troubleshoot SAP customer meter reading and billing items.
- Customer contact, create spreadsheets for billing reviews
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong analytical review skills
- Good customer service skills.
- Must be a team player, yet an independent thinker
- SAP experience a must
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Water utility experience is a plus
